The Naturalization Test is required before submitting your application. Take the Naturalization Test. Only applications submitted by people with a passing score of ’80’ on the Naturalization Test will be processed. Do not submit your payment before passing the test  – it will not be refunded.

Part 2. Upload proof of identification

2.a  Photo Identification

  • Submit your evidence of current nationality/citizenship. Front and back of  valid photo identification with expiration date.
  • If you don’t have the original copy of a document, get a replacement from the office which issued the document. The document must have the official seal or stamp of the office which issued it.

2.b  Submit Photo for National ID

  1. Submit one color photo
  2. Submit a recent photo taken in last 6 months
  3. Use a clear image of your face
  4. Do not change your photo using computer software, phone apps or filters, or artificial intelligence
  5. Have someone else take your photo. No selfies.
  6. Take off your eyeglasses for your photo
  7. Use a white or off-white background without shadows, texture, or lines
