Treasury Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (TSNAP)

On Monday, August 26, 2024, the Sovereign signed into law: S. 05, the “Treasury Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (TSNAP) ,”  outlining the supplemental nutrition benefits for qualified households.

Eligibility:

• Household income must be at or below 130% of the national poverty level.

• Assets must fall under a certain threshold, which varies depending on household size.

• Generally, applicants must also meet work requirements if able-bodied and between the ages of 18-49 without dependents.
